About IronZone

IronZone is a gym management platform that helps gym owners manage members, track attendance, automate billing reminders, and monitor finances. The platform is owned and operated by Nouman and Yousuf, doing business as IronZone (India).

These Terms of Service govern your use of the IronZone application and website (ironzone.co.in, app.ironzone.co.in). By creating an account or using IronZone, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Who Can Use IronZone

IronZone is designed for gym owners and fitness facility operators in India. To use IronZone, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Indian mobile phone number
• Own or operate a gym, fitness center, or similar facility
• Provide accurate information during registration

By using IronZone, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Your Account

When you create an IronZone account:

• You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure and confidential
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Your gym code is auto-generated and unique to your account — it cannot be transferred

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

Subscription and Billing

IronZone is a paid subscription service. Here's how billing works:

• A 15-day free trial is included when you create your account — no payment required to start
• After your trial, the standard plan is ₹1,799 per month for up to 500 members
• Discounted rates are available for 6-month and yearly billing cycles
• Custom pricing is available for gyms with more than 500 members

Payment process: Payments are made via UPI to the IronZone UPI ID. After payment, you notify us via the app ("I've Paid") and our team verifies and activates your subscription within a reasonable time.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 7 days advance notice to active subscribers.

What You Can Do With IronZone

With an active IronZone subscription, you may:

• Add and manage your gym members' profiles and payment records
• Track attendance using QR codes
• Record earnings and expenses
• Send automated WhatsApp reminders to your members
• Manage multiple gym branches under one account
• Export your data in PDF and Excel formats

What You Must Not Do

You agree not to:

• Use IronZone for any purpose other than legitimate gym management
• Enter false or misleading information about your gym or members
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to access other gyms' data or exploit any security vulnerabilities
• Use IronZone to send unsolicited messages or spam to your members
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute IronZone to third parties
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate IronZone's code or design
• Use IronZone in any way that violates applicable Indian laws or regulations

Your Members' Data

You enter your gym members' personal information (names, phone numbers, photos, etc.) into IronZone. By doing so:

• You confirm you have the right to collect and store this information
• You are responsible for obtaining your members' consent to receive WhatsApp messages from your gym
• You agree not to use member data for any purpose outside of managing your gym
• You are responsible for keeping your members informed about how their data is used

Service Availability

We aim to keep IronZone available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

• Temporary downtime for maintenance or updates
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Supabase, MSG91, Cloudinary, Vercel)
• Issues caused by your internet connection or device

We will attempt to notify active subscribers of planned maintenance in advance via WhatsApp.

Intellectual Property

IronZone and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the software, design, logo, and text — are owned by IronZone and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on IronZone without our express written permission.

Your gym's data (member records, payments, etc.) remains your property. IronZone claims no ownership over the data you enter into the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, IronZone shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data resulting from technical failures (we strongly recommend regularly exporting your member data)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your PIN secure
• Any issues arising from third-party services (WhatsApp delivery failures, payment gateway issues)

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for IronZone in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel anytime by contacting us at admin@ironzone.co.in. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via WhatsApp at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of IronZone after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of IronZone shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
